  19. Subject: Faxes Received from WinFax Display Two Headers

  21. Situation:
  22. ==========
  23. Two headers appear on faxes sent using WinFax PRO 3.0 with a CAS
  24. fax/modem.
  25.  
  26. Solution:
  27. =========
  28. The CAS software sends one header and WinFax another. To avoid this
  29. situation, delete the header information in WinFax as follows:
  30.  
  31. 1.  Run WinFax PRO Administrator.
  32.  
  33. 2.  Select the Program Setup command in the Fax menu. The WinFax PRO
  34.     Program Setup dialog appears.
  35.  
  36. 3.  Delete all information in the Header section.
  37.  
  38. 4.  Click on OK.
